Products in Non-indicating Silica Gel Desiccant Bags
Desiccant bags provide an economic and effective way of protecting against moisture damage during transit and storage. The bags are filled with non-indicating beaded silica gel desiccant with capacities ranging from 1 gram to 500 gram.
The protection against moisture is achieved by sealing the product in a suitable polythene bag or container together with the appropriate sized desiccant bag. The addition of a colour change indicator card will provide a visual indication of the relative humidity level within the packaging or container. This provides an important check to ensure that the desiccant is still active.
Desiccant bags can be used for protecting electronic equipment, cameras, tools, computers, musical instruments, preservation packaging and all humidity sensitive products.
